Terms & Conditions

Reservations can be made 24 hours a day.

Booking form must be completed in full.

Bookings made via telephone are subject to the same terms and conditions stated on AlgarveDrivers’s website.

Booking confirmation/reservation is sent out via email and must be presented to the driver.

Payment may be made cash directly to the driver upon arrival at destination.

Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice wherever possible.

AlgarveDrivers reserves the right to refuse any passenger(s) who are thought to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and whose behavior is considered inappropriate by the driver.

Luggage is not limited however those travelling with excess baggage must notify AlgarveDrivers via the booking form (comments box) prior, in order to make arrangements and insure for adequate space to be available.

Booking is reserved under the Purchaser who is therefore responsible for payment and acceptance of terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions are governed under Portuguese Law

Complaints may be submitted to AlgarveDrivers either via email, telephone or the driver, who will contact the Manager who will ensure that they are addressed as soon as possible. The Manager will respond and take action to remedy any and all complaints in a timely fashion.

AlgarveDrivers is fully licensed and insured operating under the license RNVAT Reg. Nº 2272

Prices include all taxes in accordance with Portuguese tax laws.
